please go to outside of the rooms and monitor your tone. If your tutor is a no show, please alert the tutorial desk. All cancellations must be submitted via email to your academic advisor by pm the previous day.
Drinks are allowed in the Cox Communications Academic Center, but not the computer lab. Please help us keep the center clean and organized. CCACSA members are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We prefer that all beverages be in plastic, no-drip spout bottle. If a theft should take place, contact the front desk immediately.
If you do not abide by the rules, you will be asked to leave.

Tutor rooms are exactly what they say that are for.
These rooms are reserved for tutors to meet with their assigned student-athletes. However, you may be asked to relocate if the room is needed. Rooms 103 and 104 may be used for group review sessions. However, like tutor rooms, you may be asked to relocate if needed.
Computers, tutoring, and the support services teams are provided to assist you.
